How to embed it

1. Copy the snippet below.
2. Paste it anywhere in your page's HTML — it mounts itself right after the <script> tag.
3. Change data-state to the state you want (lowercase, hyphenated — e.g. new-york). See the full list of covered states on the regulations by state page.

What it does — and doesn't do

• Fetches the current data from medspastandards.com at page-load time, so the card stays current as we update our research — no code changes needed on your end.
• Renders a small, self-contained card with no external CSS or JS dependencies beyond the one script tag.
• Always includes a visible "Source: MedSpa Standards" link back to the full state page.
• Does not track your visitors, set cookies, or load any third-party scripts.
• If the state isn't in our dataset yet, or the data can't be reached, it falls back to a plain link to our regulations hub instead of showing a broken card.
