Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Requests received after 30 days will not be eligible.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@medspastandards.com with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order or receipt number (found in your Stripe confirmation email)
That's it. No need to return any files or explain your reason.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Digital Delivery
Because our products are delivered digitally, there is nothing to return or ship back. Your refund eligibility is based solely on the 30-day window from purchase.
